The Struthoff Company was founded in 1993 by Lynn Struthoff, President, and Principal.

Prior to organizing and launching The Struthoff Company, Lynn had an extensive construction industry career. He carried out all levels of key industry roles, from Field Superintendent to Project Manager to Operations Management across a wide variety of projects. These years of experience allowed Lynn the opportunity to acquire his construction industry knowledge and to also hone his leadership skills to become a proven industry professional; all culminating in the formation of The Struthoff Company.

Today, professionalism and leadership at The Struthoff Company are fundamental elements that run through the entire organization. Each Client project allows us the opportunity to deliver on commitments, while constructing both the project and the relationship.
